CHILDREN OF ARMENIA
A Forgotten Genocide and the Century-Long
Struggle for Justice
                     by Michael Bobelian

“A powerfully moving account”
Washington Times

“I heartily recommend this book”
Ambassador John M. Evans

The first book to chronicle the aftermath of the Genocide, this groundbreaking work recounts the Armenian struggle for justice in the face of a century of silence and denial.

After an immediate groundswell of support for the “starving Armenians” led by U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, the Genocide was wiped from public consciousness.  It took the Armenians a half century to break this veil of silence and remind the world of the “forgotten Genocide.”

Children of Armenia is the only book to explain how and why the Genocide disappeared from memory and reveals the Armenian response to Turkey’s recalcitrant denial of its crimes, taking readers from massive demonstrations, to the halls of Congress, to courtroom battles.
